Can I scale RosterHub for different event sizes?
RosterHub has been used for small events up to Nation-Wide elections for booth rostering. It is more than capable of handling hundreds of events
Will Code Nation generate latitude and longitude for import?
Code Nation can generate this if you provide a full import of all events with full address details.
Can we alter rosters after import?
Yes, all events are managed within the NationBuilder CRM so as long as you have permission to edit the website you will be able to create/update/delete any roster.
How do we handle shared emails, that is, two people with the same email address?
NationBuilder requires unique emails per person profile.
Shared emails will only count as one person.
Volunteers will need to use a separate email
Can we move people's assignments between shifts / locations?
Volunteers can do this by navigating to the event and updating their assignment.
An admin can do this by navigating to the event in the backend and editing the RSVP
What are Hidden RSVPs?
Hidden RSVPs refer to those entries where the option "Don't publish this on the website" has been selected. To display them on the website:
Go to your roster's RSVP section.
Locate the hidden RSVP.
Deselect the "Don't publish this on the website" checkbox.
This will make the RSVP visible on the website again.
