Adding/editing a Roster

How to add a roster

  1. Navigate to the calendar you want to have the roster on or the main RosterHub calendar

  2. Create an event or clone existing

  3. Add time/date/location data with lat/long

  4. Add shifts

  5. Add the tag Admin Roster

How to edit a roster

  1. Navigate to the rsvp event you would like to edit

  2. Click on the blue edit icon in the bottom right

  3. Click edit this event

How to bulk import rosters

  1. Navigate to this google doc

  2. Clone

  3. Complete all sections highlight in orange in both tabs

  4. Run import through the API or return to Code Nation
