Adding/editing an RSVP

Volunteers can RSVP to your rosters on their own, but you and other control panel users can also manage those RSVPs directly in NationBuilder.

How to add an RSVP?

1. Head over to NationBuilder and find your desired roster.

2. Navigate to Your Roster Of Interest > Event Settings > RSVPs. Alternatively, you can hover over a specific roster in your RosterHub and click the "Edit RSVPs" button E.g.

1. This will lead you to the RSVP page. Here, click the "Add RSVP" button.

2. Fill out the form with the necessary details. Remember to:

   • Select a person from the people signed up in your Nation.

   • Choose a shift.

   • Ensure "Don't publish this on the website" is unchecked to avoid hiding the RSVP. (Need to know more about hidden RSVPs? Check out our FAQ )

3. Your RSVP should now appear in your roster.

How to edit an RSVP?

1. Head over to NationBuilder and find your desired roster.

2. Navigate to Your Roster Of Interest > Event Settings > RSVPs and click "Edit" beside the specific RSVP you would like to edit. Alternatively, you can hover over a specific RSVP in your RosterHubs roster and click the "Edit RSVP" button E.g.

3. From here you can update the necessary details. Remembering to:

   • Select a person from the people signed up in your Nation.

   • Allocate a shift.
