Learn how to add additional footer links and edit the footer text.

To ensure that the edit buttons for panels or components on your website are visible, you must be logged in as a user with control panel access.

How to add/edit/delete footer links?

1. While logged in as a control panel user, hover over the footer and click the "Edit this section" button (or click here).

   

   Where is the "Edit this section" button?

2. Navigate to the subpages section.

3. To add a new footer link create a new redirect type page, making sure to complete the steps listed below.

   • Add in a name for the page.

   • Add a link to the page it should redirect to.

   • Ensure that checkbox "Show in top nav" is checked.

4. To remove a footer link navigate to the subpage responsible for that footer link (e.g. "forum_media_redirect") and you can either:

   1. Make the redirect page unlisted/hidden.

   2. Delete the redirect page.

5. To edit a footer link navigate to the subpage responsible for that footer link and from here you can change the link it redirects to or the name to change it's title in the footer.

How to edit the footer text?

1. While logged in as a control panel user, hover over the footer and click the "Edit this section" button (or click here).

2. Navigate to the basic content section of the page and add/update/remove your desired footer text.

How to re-order the footer links?

1. While logged in as a control panel user, hover over the footer and click the "Edit this section" button (or click here).

2. Navigate to Subpages > Sub Nav Pages.

3. From here you can drag and drop the subpages in the order you would them shown.
