Forum Info Panel
By default the info panel can be used like Forum Homepages Basic content, however, it comes with the feature of allowing you to create panels of two column content like that shown below.

How to edit the content?
Log in as a control panel user.
Visit the homepage and hover over the forum info panel section.
Click the "Edit this Section" button (or click here).
Navigate to the Content tab and add any text/images/videos you would like.
How to add two columns or new panels?
Inside of the basic content of the page add two horizontal rules (<hr><hr>).
Any content placed before these horizontal rules will display in the first column and any placed after will display in the second column.
Continue to add two horizontal rules if you would like to add new panels that alternate between orange and white. E.g.
